Problem 4 - Listings Appear on our Competitor's Site Before our own I-House Site

IHouse appears to be having issues updating both their IDX and Agent Sites.  Most listings are taking at least a week to appear, and when they do, they are still missing pictures.  When we questioned why it was taking so long, I received an email claiming it was our MLS's fault due to their archaic software.  I might appreciate that response if my competitor was not able to display my listing with 24 hours.  As you can imagine, our sellers do not appreciate the response.
