Problem 1 - FALSE ADVERTISING

After owning an Agent site without IDX support, I was so thrilled to receive a marketing email that my board was now available.  Decided to move our office site to their service, to be told, they actually were not a Member of our Board and it would require a $600 start-up fee in order to pay I-House's Membership Dues.  Reached an agreement to split the fee with them.  Beware if they say they are Members of your Board.  Double check with your boards.
